Ukraine based steel company – Zaporizhstal produced 336,000 t crude steel in the month of Aug’20 as against 350,800 in Aug’19. Production decreased by 4.2% due to unfavorable market conditions, the company reported in its press release. However, its pig iron output registered a marginal y-o-y increase and was recorded 394,800 t in Aug’20.
