- Ukraine’s Ferrexpo, a leading producer and exporter of pellets, recorded pellet output of 821,882 t in Q2CY’25, down 39% q-o-q compared to 1.35 mnt in Q1CY’25 due to reduced liquidity caused by suspended VAT refunds. The company downscaled its operations from one pelletising line and lowered high-grade concentrate output.
- Total iron ore concentrate production dropped by 43% to 445,786 t in Q2CY’25 against 777,718 t in Q1CY’25.
