ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih has temporarily suspended the production of steel and rolled products amid limited supply of electricity due to missile attack on Ukraine’s infrastructure facilities. Currently, only coke batteries no. 5, 6 are operational, while coke batteries no. 4, 5 and blast furnace no. 6 are under hot preservation mode. Furthermore, normal operations will resume as the energy supply gets stabilised.
