Imported HRC offers to the UAE stand largely unchanged this week from both India and China. Indian mills’ offers are still hovering around $620-640/t CFR, similiar to the week-ago period. There are no firm bids at present, informed sources. However, offers from Japan and South Korea were heard in the lower range of $600/t CFR.
