Emirates Steel, one of the UAE’s leading steel producers, increased rebar offers by $15/t m-o-m for May’22 deliveries, sources informed SteelMint. The revised offer stands at $865/t exw (AED 3,175) compared to $850/t exw last month. The mill lifted offers amidst higher raw material prices, although demand in the retail segment seems to be subdued.
