Emirates Steel, one of the leading steel producers in the UAE, has increased its rebars offers by around $28/t (AED 105/t) m-o-m for Jan’23 deliveries, sources informed. Revised offers stand at $648/t exw (AED 2,380/t) compared to $619/t (AED 2,275/t) last month. A hike in scrap offers and a rising trend in global rebar offers have supported the price hike.
