Turkiye: Rebars exports decrease 24% y-o-y in CY’22

Turkiye’s total export volumes of rebars declined by 23.5% y-o-y to 6.72 mnt in CY’22 from 8.79 mnt in CY’21, as per data recently released by customs.
Israel was the largest importer with 1.33 mnt, followed by Yemen with 0.76 mnt in the past calendar year.
In Dec’22, rebars exports by Turkiye decreased by 5.5% m-o-m to 308,980 t as against 326,954 mnt in Nov’22.
