Turkiye: Manganese alloys imports drop over 15% y-o-y in CY’22

Manganese alloys imports into Turkiye decreased by 17% to 299,543 t in CY’22 compared to 361,990 t in CY’21, as per customs data.
Imports of silico manganese fell by 19% y-o-y to 225,387 t in CY’22, while ferro manganese imports were at 74,157 t, down 10% y-o-y.
However, on a monthly basis, manganese alloys imports increased by 25% at 20,909 t in Dec’22.
