Imported scrap prices in Turkey have moved up further by over $5 against the price reported by SteelMint earlier today. A Baltic origin bulk scrap cargo has been booked to black sea region-based steel mill. The cargo comprised of HMS 1&2 (80:20) at $463/t, shredded at $468/t and bonus at $473/t CFR Turkey levels. Hence , price indications for US-origin HMS would be slightly higher than $465/t CFR Turkey levels.
