- Leading seaborne ferrous scrap consumer, Turkey, has witnessed scrap import prices increasing by around $5/t in recent deals, sources informed SteelMint.
- A Venezuela-origin scrap cargo was booked by a steel mill based in the Mediterranean region comprising HMS 1&2 (80:20) at a price of $450/t CFR.
- The deal was finalised for Oct’21 shipments.
