Kardemir, Turkish steel producer increased Square Billet domestic offers by US $7/t for size 130mm and 150 mm.
Billet is being offered in the range of US $567/t to US $582/t. Prices had been stable at $570/t for around two weeks.
Offers rise on account of high import prices of scrap, increase in Re-bar prices by US $7/t on the 26th of June, improved buying of Billet and long products in local market and also as suppliers of CIS Billet hold a positive opinion about markets in near term.
