Truck rentals carrying iron ore to Vishakapatnam from Raipur have dropped down by Rs 100-200 and expected to correct further said market traders.
” No body is interested in transporting iron ore to the port as international prices have corrected over $17 in last one month, despite strong dollar there is no parity. Currently Raipur to Vizag rentals offered are around Rs 1,200/t and expected to move down to Rs 1,050/t” said a local iron ore trader based in Raipur.
Where as truck rentals from Jagadpur to Vishakhapatnam remains unchanged at Rs 1,325/t (Union Rate).
