Tripura Government Issues Tenders for Purchase of 10,000 MT TMT Rebars

Rural Development Department (RDD), Govt. of Tripura, has invited tenders for purchase of 10,000 MT TMT and 750 MT galvanized steel sheet.

Specification of items:

TMT:

i) ISI marked TMT bars- IS: 1786:2008, along with latest revision and amendment if any
ii) Fe- 500D
iii) Required size and quantity- 8mm- 3,000 MT, 10mm- 1,500 MT, 12mm- 1,000 MT, 16mm- 2,500 MT, 20mm- 1,000 MT, 25mm- 1,000 MT

Pre Painted Galvanized steel sheet:

i) ISI marked- IS 14246
ii) Zinc coating- 120 GSM, profile of sheet – Tiled, thickness (TCT) – 0.63 mm
iii) Quantity: 250 MT

Galvanized Corrugated Sheet:

i) IS: 277: 2003 along with latest revision and amendment if any
ii) Class-VIII, Grade of coating of zinc: 120
iii) 0.18 mm thick-500 MT

Eligibility criteria:

Bidders should be an Indian manufacturer and must have registered with BIS for production of above-mentioned products

Bidder should not be blacklisted by DGS & D/state govt./BIS/agencies regarding quality compromise or other reason as on closing date of tender.

Due date (Indian Standard Time):
The due date for submitting bid document is 25 Jan’18 till 15:00 hrs and the bids will be opened on same day at 15:45 hrs.
