Rural Development Department (RDD), Govt. of Tripura, has invited a tender for purchase of total 60,000 MT ISI marked portland pozzolana cement/ portland slag cement/ ordinary portland cement for its various locations. The required material can be from indigenous or imported source.

As per the company’s requirement, supply of the material should be delivered in 50 kg HDPE bags and that material should not be older than 6 weeks from the date of manufacture. Bidders are required to indicate the relevant grade of cement during bidding. For PPC, the percentage of fly ash addition is also need to be mentioned separately.
Terms and conditions for importers of foreign manufacturers
1. Importers must have valid import-export certificate.
2. Importer should have valid agreement with one or more cement manufacturer of foreign. Foreign manufacturer cannot participate in the tender directly.
3. No road permit will be issued for cement supply.
4. Importer must have go-down/ stockyard at Tripura.
Tender schedule (IST)
The due date for submitting the bid is 6 Dec’16 till 15:00 hrs and the techno-commercial opening is scheduled on same day at 15:30 hrs.
