Thermal coal prices declined slightly

Prices of spot thermal coal prices coming to India declined
slightly on the back of excess supply of coal coming from South Africa and
Indonesia.

Currently the market for 6000 NAR (FOB Richards Bay) is at $87/MT
declined by $1/MT from the previous price, however Grade of 3800 GAR (FOB
Indonesia) stands at $33/MT down by $0.50/MT from the previous value.

Australian 6000 NAR Grade of coal is priced at $88/MT
remaining unchanged from the previous price, whereas on the other side US coal
of Grade 6000 NAR stands at $79/MT.

Excess supply for coal has also affected the freight charges,
currently capesize vessel coming from Richards Bay terminal to East Coast India attracts
a freight of $12/MT.
