- Imported scrap offers into Thailand dropped considerably by around $40/t in recent deals concluded.
- A total of 3,000 t of Central America-origin HMS 1&2 (80:20) and HMS 1&2 (60:40) have been booked at $445/t CFR and $435/t CFR Thailand basis respectively.
- Fresh offers for Central American-origin HMS 1&2 (70:30) are quoted at $440/t CFR levels as against the offers at $480/t CFR a week ago.
