Tata Metaliks – India’s one of the largest foundry grade pig iron manufacturer, has resumed operations of its another mini blast furnace from 5 Jun’20. Earlier, the plant was running only one furnace so the capacity utilization was 40-50% which is now expected to increase to 100%. The resumption of another furnace will add to the supply of pig iron in spot market.
