Taiwan’s CSC steel sales in H1 CY’ 20 drop 1.6% y-o-y

China Steel Corporation (CSC) – one of the leading steel companies in Taiwan, registered decline in its carbon steel sales by 1.6% to 5.05 mn t during Jan-Jun’20 as against 5.13 mn t in H1 CY’ 19, mainly affected by COVID-19 outbreak in the region. The company’s domestic sales ratio accounted for 68% of the total steel sales in H1 CY’ 20.
