Yusco, Taiwan’s top stainless steel producer, announced price hikes for Apr’25 deliveries, raising 304 series by TWD 4,000/t ($130/t) and 403 by TWD 500/t ($16/t). The 316L surcharge remains unchanged. Rising raw material costs, including nickel pig iron and ferro chrome, along with climbing electricity prices and currency depreciation, influenced the decision.
