Taiwan: Walsin Lihwa raises stainless steel wire rod prices for Apr’26

Taiwan’s Walsin Lihwa has increased Apr’26 stainless steel wire rod prices, with 304 grades up by TWD 4,000/t ($125/t), 316 by TWD 7,000/t ($219/t), and 200 and 400 series by TWD 2,000/t ($62/t). The hike aligns with broader market uptrend and reflects rising input costs driven by Middle East tensions, higher alloy prices, currency weakness, and potential Indonesian nickel export policy changes.
