Taiwan Power Company (Taipower), located in Zhongzheng District of Taipei City, invites bids for the supply of coal from abroad countries.

Gross Calorific Value : Min 5,000 Kcal/Kg
Total Moisture : Max 28%
Ash : Max 15%
Fixed Carbon : Max 60%
General Conditions:
- Required quantity should be shipped in 10 Panamax Vessels X 75,000 MT +/-10%
- Each shipment of coal to be purchased by Taipower and delivered by a bidder should be entirely supplied from a single mine. Supply of coal for the shipment from more than one mine will not be allowed
- Suppliers should have an experience of supplying at least 30,000 MT which they have exported in the past five (5) years from the mines offered
- Bidders shall quote prices on both an FOBT Port of Loading and C&F Port of Discharging, Taiwan basis
- Each bidder shall submit its technical and commercial proposal with the Certificate of Authorization in the form of the attachment to the Instructions for Bidding
- Bidders shall quote only one offer for each shipment; no alternative quotation will be considered
