Taiwan: Ferrous scrap imports up 4%, m-o-m, in July

Taiwan’s ferrous scrap imports up 4% in Jul’22 to 243,789 t from 228,359 t in Jun’22, as per SteelMint data.
The USA continued to be the top exporter at 93,771 t, followed by Japan and Dominican Republic at 59,121 t and 19,009 t, respectively.
On a yearly basis too, import volumes increased by 4% from 225,991 t in Jul’21.
