Taiwan: Ferrous scrap imports fall by nearly 15%, m-o-m, in June

Taiwan’s ferrous scrap imports fell 14% in Jun’22 to 228,359 t from 265,461 t in May, as per SteelMint data.
The USA continued to be the top exporter at 86,701 t, followed by Japan and Australia at 45,931 t and 14,502 t, respectively.
On a yearly basis, import volumes increased slightly by 5% from 218,006 t in Jun’21.
