Taiwan: Ferro chrome imports rise by 11% m-o-m in May’22

Taiwan’s ferro chrome imports increased by 11% m-o-m to 23,354 t in May 2022 against 21,051 t in April 2022. Major exporting countries were South Africa 13,371 t, up by 54% followed by India, Russia and China. Meanwhile, import volumes in January-April 2022 stood at 89,287 t, rising by 40% y-o-y.
