Taiwan’s China Steel Corporation (CSC) has increased steel products’ prices for Apr’23 deliveries. Prices of HRCs, HR plates and CRCs have been raised by TWD 1,000/t ($33/t) while those of hot-dipped galvanised steel coils have been increased by TWD 800/t ($26/t). Rising global iron ore and steel prices along with China’s stimulus policies on real estates and car sales resulted in a price hike.
