Taiwan’s leading steel company – China Steel Corporation (CSC) has raised its steel product prices for Nov month sales with an average adjustment of 5.02%, after a rebound in construction and automobiles. For hot-rolled steel sheet, the price has been increased by TWD 1,000-1,100/t ($35-38). CSC is a leading steelmaker in Taiwan, having a crude steel output of approximately 10 mn t pa.
