As per Russian customs data, Russia’s flat steel which includes (7208 – HR coils/Plates,7209 – CR coils, 7210, 7212 GP/GC and 7225 electrical sheets) have  increased considerably by 11% ,M-o-M to 0.70 MnT in Nov’16 against Oct’16. In Oct’16 the same stood at 0.63 MnT. If Y-o-Y comparison is done, then nation’s flat steel exports…
