India’s imported scrap market gradually resumed bookings after domestic substitute prices increased. 1,000 t of HMS-1 deals in containers from the UAE were heard at $540/t CFR Nhava Sheva and around 500 t material booked at $535/t CFR Mundra basis. Dubai-origin HMS-1 offers are at $535-540/t CFR Nhava Sheva, up by $12/t d-o-d.
