Chinese domestic billet prices witness a sharp decline of RMB 30

Today, billet prices in the Tangshan market, northeast China, witnessed a significant decline of RMB 30, against last week’s closing. Prices of commonly traded Q235 billet 150mm diameter were reported at RMB 3,390/t ($485/t) in Tangshan, inclusive of 13 % VAT.
