Chinese domestic billet prices decline further by RMB 20

Today, billet prices in the Tangshan market, northeast China, again witnessed a decline of RMB 20, against yesterday. The price of commonly traded Q235 billet 150mm diameter was reported at RMB 3,370/t ($481/t) in Tangshan, inclusive of 13 % VAT.
