    Steel billet prices in China’s Tangshan remained stable at RMB 5,020/t ($777/t) inclusive of 13% VAT on 1 Sept’21 after an increase of RMB 30/t ($5/t) yesterday. According to data maintained with SteelMint, China’s rebar futures contract for Jan’22 delivery closed today at RMB 5,242/t ($810/t), witnessing a d-o-d decline of RMB 66/t ($10/t).
