China: Ordos signs 696 mnt supply contracts for 2022
Ordos, a major base of inner Mongolia, signed 696 mnt of medium and long-term supply contracts in 2022, representing 93% of estimated production for the year. Ordos has 243 coal mines in production, with total capacity of 866 mnt per year. A total of 468 mnt of coal has been shipped during Jan-Oct’22.
