USA: Bulk scrap prices drop by $30 in a recent booking for Bangladesh

In a recent deal, 32,000 t of US-origin mixed bulk (shredded and bonus) cargo was booked for June 2022 shipment, SteelMint learnt from sources. The deal was concluded at $530/t CFR Chittagong. Prices have dropped significantly by $30/t compared to the booking confirmed earlier this week, which tracks the decline in global scrap prices.
