Sri Lanka’s Ministry of Power, on behalf of the Lanka Coal Company (LCC), has invited an import tender for supply of 480,000 t of non-coking coal on CFR/FOB basis for the 900 MW Lakvijaya Power Plant. The seller(s) are required to bear the loading and trimming charges. Suppliers registered with LCC are eligible to bid. The last date for bid submission is 17 Nov’21.
