for South Africa & Australia fall marginally on 6th June.

Australia's McCloskey
Newcastle 6700 kc GAD Steam Coal FOB price stands at S90.70/MT i.e. down by
$1.15/MT. Similarly, South Africa's Richards Bay 6000 kc NAR FOB
price stands at $89.57/MT i.e. down by $0.93/MT.

According to market
players, “Buying interest is low as Asian buyers have held their purchases
and wait for prices to correct further. But producers do not want to correct
prices sharply as the prices have already reached the production cost
and selling below that would not be feasible.”
