With some buying interest in Chinese spot market, iron ore prices have kept firm.63.5/63 Indian iron fines steady at $137/t CFR, where as Australian and Brazilian cargoes were tendered at similar rates.
“It looks that prices will stabilize at current levels,upside not seen much as Bao steel's cut in July prices has left market with negative sentiments.” said a trader based in Hong Kong.
Indian mill scale being offered at $ 141-142/t CFR China for 68-70% Fe.
