South Korea’s ferrous scrap imports fall by 23% m-o-m in May’20

Ferrous scrap imports by South Korea fell by 23% m-o-m, as it imported 323,548 t in May’20 against 417,432 t in Apr’20. Further, imports decreased annually by 43% as against 565,835 t during the same period in May’19. Japan stood the largest exporter to South Korea with 254,895 t of scrap exported last month.
