SeAH Changwon Special Steel announced a price hike for stainless steel wire in Apr’24, citing the uptick in LME average nickel prices. The increase amounts to around KRW 200,000/t ($148/t). March’s nickel average stood at $17,480/t compared to the previous month’s figures, as per SteelDaily.
