South Korea: Scrap imports fall by 7%, m-o-m, in Oct’21

South Korea has registered total scrap imports at 0.38 mn t in Oct’21, down 7% m-o-m against 0.41 mn t in Sep.
Japan was the largest supplier with 0.23 mn t, followed by Russia and US with 80,000 t and 50,000 t, respectively.
In Jan-Oct’21, scrap imports stood at 3.69 mn t, an increase of 6% y-o-y.
