South Korean steel maker POSCO decided to resume its blast furnace No.3 of Gwangyang works next week on 10 Jul’20, due to increasing demand for its hot-rolled coils. The said furnace was earlier scheduled to be restarted at the end of May but was later postponed to Jun due to rise in COVID-19 cases, as per Japan Metal Daily.
