South Korea: POSCO raises crude steel output target for CY’21

South Korean steel behemoth, POSCO, has lifted its annual steel production and sales targets for CY’21. The company aims to achieve 38.2 mn t of crude steel output this year as against the previous guidance of 37.8 mn t. The steelmaker has also raised its steel sales target to 35.6 mn t for CY’21, against 34.2 mn t set earlier.
