POSCO, South Korea’s leading stainless steel producer, has decided to freeze its stainless steel prices for Jun’25 across all 300- and 400-series, and molybdenum-added products. Despite rising manufacturing costs, arising out of major facility repairs, and strong trends in chrome and molybdenum prices, POSCO aims to stabilize the market and maintain supply-demand balance amid the ongoing economic uncertainty and sluggish demand.
