South Korea: Major steel mills to cut scrap buy prices by $15/t

South Korean steel mills will cut their scrap buy prices by up to KRW 20,000/t ($15/t) from 30 Nov as per SteelDaily reports.
POSCO Steel will lower all grade scrap prices for Gwangyang & Pohang works.
Similarly, SeAH Besteel will cut scrap prices for all grades. However, weight products were cut by KRW 10,000/t ($8/t).
