Korea Southern Power Co. Ltd. (KOSPO) has invited bids to procure 160,000 t of thermal coal (3700-4999 kcal/kg NAR) for Korean Genco’s Power Plants. The bid closing date is 17 Jun’22. The firm has directed bidders to supply coal entirely from a single coal company, with latest annual production record of minimum 3 mnt of specified quality. Supply of coal from more than one mine will not be allowed.
