The Korea Trade Commission (KTC), has completed its investigation and made a final decision to levy punitive duties of 4.06-19.06% on Silico Manganese imported from the three countries, for causing damage to the local industry.
Earlier, after a preliminary examination, KTC had recommended the Finance Ministry of Korea to impose a preliminary tariff between 6.08-32.32%.
