On 7 Mar’25, South Korea’s Ministry of Economy and Finance imposed a 21.62% provisional anti-dumping duty (ADD) on certain Chinese stainless steel plates for 4 months. Affected products include plates with a thickness of 4.75 mm or more and a width of 600 mm or more, under HS codes 7219.21.1010, 7219.21.1090, 7219.21.9000, 7219.22.1010, 7219.22.1090, and 7219.22.9000. Exclusions apply to HRCs and thinner, narrower products.
