South Korea’s ferro chrome imports decreased by 6% to 44,891 t in March 2022 from 47,662 t in February 2022. However, on a yearly basis, ferro chrome imports increased by 7% in Q1CY22. Major exporting countries to South Korea were South Africa with 23,658 t, up by 23%, followed by India at 11,502 t, down 25%. Kazakhstan exported 2,610 t, down 64%, and Russia, with 1,097 t, was down 50% m-o-m.
