South African thermal coal supplies to remain under pressure – Sources

Coal supplies from South Africa could get increasingly tighter in the coming days, as all the major exporters in that country are booked till Jan’22. Cargo availability, therefore, is likely to get worse, sources pointed out. Demand from India, however, remains limited on expectation of further fall in thermal coal prices.
