South African RB2 (5500 NAR) grade coal prices at Gangavaram Port today were assessed at INR 7,600/t even as demand remained tepid. A majority of buyers were heard to have run out of stocks at the port, with only Adani Enterprises having the highest inventory that gave it a bidding advantage over others in the fray. RB2 prices at Vizag port were assessed by Coalmint at INR 7,500/t while stocks at Haldia were reported to have been be sold out.
