The South African API4 index remains stable with the onset of the holiday season and the price for RB2 (5500 NAR kcal/kg) grade at Gangavaram port continues to trade at around INR 5,800/t (exclusive of cess and GST). While few sellers are not ready to go below INR 6,000/t, buyers have adopted a wait and watch approach as they have already made advance purchases.
